Apologies for the late response, it seems like we had an issue with our notification system.
These values are all agent level stats.
The DND values can be found under AgentCallActivity > Agent > InTotalDND.
The Hangup by Caller values can be found under AgentCallActivity > Agent >TotalCompleteCaller.
The Hangup by Agent values can be found under AgentCallActivity > Agent >TotalCompleteAgent.
The ASR values can be found under AgentCallActivity > Agent > InPercentageASR.

We are building some custom dashboards related to queue analytics and we have been using the API call GetQueueAnalytics to get the data. Our developers say that when they do the API call they are not seeing the data related to DND, ASR and Hangup C/A with the API call GetQueueAnalytics .
Is there a different API call we need to make to get this information? Or is it not possible to get this from the API due to it being an internal calculation that you guys perform that is not available on the API?
