Voice Mail Should be Stored on Extension and copy sent via Email with Audit Trail

When a caller leaves a voice mail message, and the voice to email parameter has been activated, the audio file is sent to the user's email address but is discarded from the user's extension on the pabx.
We would like to have the original voice mail message stored on the user's extension / softphone with a copy of the voice mail message sent via email.
There is also no audit trail on the system indicating that a voice mail message has been left. If a caller selects the option to leave a voice mail, that action should be recorded as part of the audit trail.
