Queues used in the Companies PBX can be added to a user's EAS. This is done for one, to view the statuses of other members in order to determine if they are available or in use.
1. Click on Queues.
2. Click on Select Queue to Monitor.
3. Select the queues you wish to monitor and click OK.
4. The queues will now show as tab options in the EAS. Select one to view members and their status.
