1. Create an  Excel Spreadsheet with the below format in TEXT format. (Do so by selecting the entire workbook,  right-click on the mouse and scroll to "format cells".)

Contact Name

Company Name

Contact No. 1

Contact No. 2

Contact No. 3

Contact No. 4


The Shared column refers to the contact being shared in the entire organisation. To share the contact, type "Yes". If you would like to keep a contact private, type "No". Make sure to save the Spreadsheet as an Excel Workbook

2. Navigate back to the Softphone.

3. Select Contacts.


3.1. Select Contact Settings.

3.2. On the pop-up screen, tick the box to enable the CSV/Excel file Sync. 

3.3. Select the Configure Excel Setting button to select the correct Excel sheet. 

3.4. Click on the Browse tab to find the correct Excel sheet. 

3.5. Select Preview to pull the information into the Softphone

3.6. Press Ok when satisfied with the information. 


3.7. Click the Test button. 

3.8. Close the settings. Go back to the Contacts tab, and click on Sync Contacts Now.
