How to Run the Euphoria Advanced Softphone (Previously Agent Manager)

- Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
- Choose the correct account
- Open the Euphoria Advance Softphone.
- Use the TMS Login details and click apply.
- The Softphone opens up and shows “Initialized “. You can choose which extension to run if you have more than one.
- Click on the Settings wheel icon next to the dial pad icon.

- After selecting the correct registration, the extension should now be online and make/receive calls.
