Step 1: Go to the TMS URL: 

Step 2: Choose the correct account

Step 3: Click on the PBX Manager menu item.

Step 4 Click on the Queues sub-menu item.

Step 5: Choose the correct queue. 

Step 6: Click on the Webhook tab.

Step 7: Click the “Add Webhook” button. (Ensure the webhook is created in the API And Integration Centre.).How to Create a Webhook.

Step 8: Choose the Correct Webhook. 

Step 9: Click ”Apply” to save the changes.
