How to View Realtime Extensions - Step by Step Instructions
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Realtime Monitor menu item.
4. Click on the Realtime Extensions sub-menu item.
5. View all activities currently happening in the company per group.
6. Select one of the idle extensions to view a pop-up with details.
