Option 1: In Callbacks
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Extension Manager menu item.
4. Click on the Callbacks sub-menu item.
5. Click on the Add Callback button.
6. Fill in the required information.
Note: Callbacks initiate with a hangup event. For example, if a callback is scheduled for 130, the callback will only initiate once the agent ends another call after 130.
7. Click Apply to save the callback.

3. Click on the Realtime Monitor menu item.
4. Click on the Realtime Current Calls sub-menu item.
Note: All current live actions will show in the chosen sub-menu item, as not all managers have access to all features and extensions.
5. Click on one of the calls to open additional options.
4. Select a user the extension user needs to cal and push the Call Me Back button.

5. Select one of the In Use extensions to view a pop-up with details.
6. Select a user the extension user needs to call and push the Call Me Back button.
