How to Run the Euphoria Advanced Softphone (Previously Agent Manager)
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Downloads & Tools menu item.
4. Click on the Windows Applications sub-menu item.
5. Click the download button.
6. Run the setup application.
7. Select the Euphoria Advance Softphone application on your desktop.
8. Enter the login credentials. ( A Euphoria representative will send the login email and password credentials.
8.1.You will get a notification that you are logged in.
9. Select Settings.
10. Select Application Settings.
11. Click on More Settings.
12. Select the desired options under the General Settings category.
13. Click the Apply button.
Note: The extension will now be Initialized but not registered as yet.
14. Select the settings wheel icon next to the dial pad
15. Navigate to Select Account and choose the extension attached to the login.
Note: The extension will be loaded the Euphoria Advanced Softphone.
16. The application will require the user to select a queue.
Note: The application will save the settings as chosen and the Soft Phone can now be used.
