How to Install and Set Up the Euphoria Advanced Softphone - Step by Step Instructions

On Your Computer
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Downloads& Toolsmenu item.
4. Click on theWindows Applicationssub-menu item
5. Click theDownloadbutton.
6. Run the setup application.
7. Select the Euphoria Advance Softphoneapplication on your desktop.
8. Enter the login credentials. ( A Euphoria representative will send the login email and password credentials.
8.1. You will get a notification that you are logged in.
9. SelectSettings.
10. SelectApplication Settings.
11. Click on More Settings.
12. Select the desired options under the General Settingscategory.
13. Click the Applybutton.
Note: The extension will now be Initialized but not registered as yet.
14. Select the settings wheel icon next to the dial pad
15. Navigate toSelect Accountand choose the extension attached to the login.
15.1.The extension will be loaded onto the Euphoria Advanced Softphone.
16. The application will require the user to select a queue.
16.1. The application will save the settings as chosen, and the SoftPhone can now be used.
On Your Cellphone
1. Go to the Google Play Store (for iOS or Android)
2. Install Euphoria softphone&TMS.
Note: The phone will download the necessary files and prompt for permission. Allow all permissions so that the application will run smoothly.
3. Open the application and log in to TMS with your account details and password.
