1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
3. Click on the Help & Support menu item in the TMS.
4. Click on the Help & Support sub-menu item.
5. Click on the View Forum button. (This will open the support portal - in this case, Freshdesk.)
6. Click on Check Ticket Status to view all open tickets.
7. Log into the portal and view the ticket.
