How do I view a contact list's Analytics in Realtime - Step by Step Instructions

1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/ 

2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)

3. Click on the Realtime Monitor menu item.

4. Click on the Realtime Campaigns sub-menu item.

5. All the campaigns that have been assigned to the manager will be shown in the overview. 

6. Select the campaign with the contact list you wish to inspect. 

7. Scroll down in the report to the contact lists. 

8. Select the contact list by its name to read the information.

8.1. Select one of the disposition options that highlight to read the disposition report.
