1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Realtime Monitor menu item.
4. Click on the Realtime Agents sub-menu item.
5. All agents in their respective statuses will show on this page.
6. Search for a specific agent by typing their name or extension number in the search box and click Display.
