1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Realtime Monitor menu item.
4. Click on the Realtime Current Calls sub-menu item.
5. Click on one of the calls to open additional options.
6. Select Barge In to speak to the extension user and the client.
7. Select Wisper to speak to the extension user but not the client.
8. Select Spy to listen to the extension user and the client without them knowing you are listening.
