Feature codes are preset key sequences (shortcuts) that enable extension users to access a function. Several features can make use of the feature code for example feature codes can be added into IVRs. . Featur codes can be used in Huntlists and IVRs as a shortcuts as well

For example, a shortcut key can be created to enable a pause code or perform a speed dial, or transfer a call to a queue. Depending on the action required, the system may respond with interactive voice prompts. These are set up according to the organisation’s needs by the Euphoria pre-production team during the initial setup that is completed before go-live. Personalized feature codes can be added to the TMS.

To create a feature code the “Add Feature Code” button can be selected. From here, new feature codes can be created. The system will check if the feature code is available and will have a green check next to an available option. A descriptive name can be added in the comment section, and an action will need to be chosen for the feature code.
