Step 1: Go to the TMS URL: 

Step 2: Choose the correct account

Step 3: Click on the Help & Support menu item in the TMS.

Step 4: Click on the Help & Support sub-menu item.

Step 5: Click on the “View Forum” button. (This will open the support portal - in this case, Freshdesk.) 

Step 6: Click on “CheckTicket Status” to view all open tickets.
