1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/ 
  2. Choose the correct account
  3. Click on the Help & Support menu item in the TMS.
  4. Click on the Help & Support sub-menu item.
  5. Click on the “View Forum” button. (This will open the support portal - in this case, Freshdesk.) 
  6. Click on “CheckTicket Status” to view all open tickets.
