- Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
- Choose the correct account
- Select the SIP Tab.
- Click on the line sub-menu.
- Click the 'Codec Settings' drop-down menu.
- Ensure that G729AB is the only codec in the 'Enabled Codecs' block.
- Click Apply for the changes to take effect.
