Step 3: Click on the PBX Manager menu item.
Step 4: Click on the IVR sub-menu item.
Step 5: Click Add IVR Menu.
Step 6: Create the IVR name, menu settings as well as menu actions. (Do not name the IVR anything like the PBX name, as this will cause the IVR not to work. Example of a good IVR name: "Inbound" or "Primary".)
Step 7: Assign buttons to do specific actions. For example, if the caller presses 1, they will be sent to an admin hunt list in which only admin staff's phones are going to ring.
Step 8: Save the IVR.
