How to Set up a Conference Room - Step by Step Instructions
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the PBX Manager menu item.
4. Click on the Conference Rooms sub-menu item.
5. Click on the Add Permanent Conference button.
6. Add the Description, and a pin if needed and enable any of the options required.
7. Click on Apply to save changes and create the virtual conference room.
