How to put an Agent from a Campaign on hold from the Realtime page - Step by Step Instructions
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Realtime Monitor menu item.

4. Click on the Realtime Agents sub-menu item.

5. All agents in their respective statuses will show on this page.

6. Click on the extension user Status icon to open a pop-up.

7. Click on Campaign Hold.
