How to Create an Extension in the TMS for Post-Paid Users - Step by Step Instructions
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Extension Manager menu item.
4. Click on the Extensionssub-menu item.
5. Click on Create Extension.
6. To create a new Extension, choose a type from the drop-down.
7. Give the new extension a name and a number. (We suggest that this should follow the last created extension.)
8. Click on the Add Extension button to save it.
A notification will open to inform you that the extension will be added to your next billing run.
