How to Create a New Extension - for Pre-Paid Users - Step by Step Instructions

1.Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2.Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Extension Managermenu item.
4. Click on the Extensionssub-menu item.
5. Click on Create Extension.
6. To create a new Extension, choose a type from the drop-down.
7. Give the new extension a name and a number. (We suggest that this should follow the last created extension.)
8. Click on the Add Extensionbutton to save it.
On a prepaid account, Pay for the extension to activate it.
- Click on the Billing& Accounts menu item.
- Click on the Orders sub-menu item.
- Pay the Pro Rata invoice.
