How to Create an Automated Report - Step by Step Instructions
Note: Automated Reporting can only be done on a manager’s account.
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the Analytics menu item.
4. Click on the Automated Reporting sub-menu item.
5. Click on the Add Report button.
6. Choose a Category.
7. Select a Report Type.
8. Give the file a name.
9. Select how often the report should be sent.
10. Click on the Advance Settings button. This will change depending on the Frequency chosen.
11. Enable Allow null or blank reports to send a report even when there is no data to be seen.
12. Select Test Send to ensure the report works correctly.
13. Click Apply to save the report.
