How to Adjust/Change an Inbound Route - Step by Step Instructions
1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Click on the PBX Manager menu item.

4. Click on the Inbound Routes sub-menu item.

5. Click on the action group you want to change.

6. Move the actions into the correct order to allow the dialer to follow the required route. (This is done with a drag-and-drop motion)

7. Click Apply to save the changes.
