How to Add a Huntlist/IVR/ or Queue to the Inbound Routes - Step by Step Instructions

1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/

2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)

3. Set up the specific action as per their individual How To’s. (How to Configuration a Queue, How to 

add an IVR / Digital Receptionist?How To Add A Hunt List)

4. Click on the PBX ManagHow to Configuration a Queueer menu item.

5. Click on the Inbound Routes sub-menu item.

6. Click on Create New Action Group. Add the name of the inbound route and a description, and apply the changes.

7. Click on the down arrow next to the Actions tab.

8. Click on the Add Action button to create the route.

9. Add the Type, Description, Operator and Schedule to the route. 

10. Select the correct action from the list in the Actions tab.

11. Select the correct action from the list in the Action Details tab. 

12. Click Apply to save the changes.
