Log into your Euphoria TMS https://tms.euphoria.co.za enter your username name and password.
Please contact our Support team via firstname.lastname@example.org or on 087 231 0600 if you do not have these login details.
Your dashboard will display a summary of your account.
Click on the Billing & Accounts tab in the left-hand column and then on the Account Details tab.
Your account details will be displayed with options to either Renew Service or Buy Airtime.
Select Renew Service and the period that you would like to renew your monthly services for by clicking on the drop-down menu.
Choose your preferred payment method, there are two options:
Order Now, Pay via EFT
This will create a proforma invoice which will be sent to the accounts email address you have provided.
Please send confirmation of payment to email@example.com
Kindly note that EFT payments are only processed during our office hours which are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay Now with Credit Card
Credit card payments are processed instantly.
If you are unable to complete your order you can click on the Orders tab under the Billing & Accounts tab.
The Orders page contains a record of all unprocessed transactions on your account.
You can complete your payments from here directly without the need to do the same transaction again from the beginning.
