1. To renew your monthly services you will go to https://tms.euphoria.co.za here you will enter your username name and password to access the Euphoria Telephone Management System. Please contact our Support team via email@example.com or on 087 231 0600 if you do not have these login details
2. The TMS will open on the dashboard where you will see a summary of your account.
3. Click on the Billing & Accounts tab in the left-hand column and then on the Account Details page.
4. Your account details will be displayed with options to either Renew Service or Buy Airtime
5. Select Renew Service and select the period that you would like to renew your monthly services by clicking on the drop-down menu.
6. Choose your preferred payment method, you have two options:
Order now, Pay Via EFT
This will create a proforma invoice which will be sent to your accounts email address. Please send confirmation of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org Kindly note that EFT payments are only processed during our office hours which are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay now with Credit Card
The credit card option will not be available if there are any amounts outstanding on your account (Credit card payments are processed instantly).
7. If you are unable to complete your order you can click on the Orders page under the Billing & Accounts tab. The Orders page contains a record of all unprocessed transactions issued to your account. You can complete your payments from here directly without the need to do the same transaction again from the beginning.
