1. Add the Team's username and password to log in.
  2. Click on the Phone Icon to open it.
  3. To dial out, enter a number and click on the call button, or press Enter on your keyboard to initiate the call.
  4. Use the following controls within the call. 
    1. The use of the dial pad for IVR options.
    2. Adding the caller to a conference, as well as muting participants in the conference.
    3. The ability to check the device settings.
    4. Placing the caller on Hold. 
    5. Transferring a call, Attended or unattended transfer. (With an unattended transfer, you have the ability to enable a callback if the recipient does not answer.
    6. Checking the call health.
    7. Adding subtitles to a call.
    8. Placing the call on mute.
  5. View the call in the call history or redial the contact from the history. 
    1. Create a callback, add a contact to speed dial or blocking the contact from the history list.
  6. Create a contact list from the history list from the contacts tab. 
  7. View voicemails created under the voicemail tab.
  8. Update personal statuses to show availability for calls.
