Step 1:  Add the Team's username and password to log in.

Step 2: Click on the Phone Icon to open it.

Step 3: To dial out, enter a number and click on the call button, or press Enter on your keyboard to initiate the call.

Step 4: Use the following options within the call. 

4.1: The use of the dial pad for IVR options.

4.2: Adding the caller to a conference, as well as muting participants in the conference.

4.3: The ability to Check the device settings.

4.4: Placing the caller on Hold. 

4.5: Transferring a call, Attended or unattended transfer. (With an unattended transfer, 

        you have the ability to enable a callback if the recipient does not answer.

4.6: Checking the call health.

4.7: Adding subtitles to a call.

4.8: Placing the call on mute.

Step 5: View the call in the call history or redial the contact from the history. 

5.1: Create a callback, add a contact to speed dial or blocking the contact from the

       history list.

Step 6: Create a contact list from the history list from the contacts tab. 

Step 7: View voicemails created under the voicemail tab.

Step 8: Update personal statuses to show availability for calls.
