1. Ensure the extension has a TMS account. (See How to Set up a TMS Login Account.)
2. Create an additional registration so that the desk phone and the softphone do not clash. (See How to set up additional registration here.)
3. On your Cell Phone, go to the Google Play Store (IOS / Android)
4. Download the Euphoria softphone.
4.1. Go to the Google Play Store (for iOS or Android)
4.2. Install Euphoria Softphone & TMS.
Note: The phone will download the necessary files and prompt for permission. Allow all permissions so that the application will run smoothly.
5. Open the Application and Log on to TMS with your account details and password.
