- Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
- Choose the correct account
- Click on the Analytics menu.
- Click on the Queue Analytics Sub-menu.
- Select the queue that the call was received from or made via.
- Select the number under 'Total Calls'.
- From here, you may search for the call you would like to view via the 'Search' field.
