1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/ 
  2. Choose the correct account
  3. Click on the Analytics menu.
  4. Click on the Queue Analytics Sub-menu.
  5. Select the queue that the call was received from or made via.
  6. Select the number under 'Total Calls'. 
  7. From here, you may search for the call you would like to view via the 'Search' field.
