Step 1: Go to the TMS URL: 

Step 2: Choose the correct account

Step 3:  Click on the Analytics menu.

Step 4: Click on the Queue Analytics Sub-menu.

Step 5: Select the queue that the call was received from or made via.

Step 6:  Select the number under 'Total Calls'. 

Step 7: From here, you may search for the call you would like to view via the 'Search' field.
