1. Go to the TMS URL:  https://tms.euphoria.co.za/    

2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps) 

3. Click on the Call History menu item.

4. Click on the Outbound Call History sub-menu item.

5. Add the filter options and click on export if needed. 

6. Click Display to view the requested information. 

7. When reviewing the information, a pop-up will show where any other available reports can be found on the user. Select the option available to view the information.
