Step 1: Go to the TMS URL: 

Step 2: Choose the correct account

Step 3: Click on the Extension Manager menu item.

Step 4: Click on the Callbacks sub-menu item.

Step 5: Click on the “Add Callback” button. 

Step 6: Fill in the required information. 

Step 7: Click “Apply” to save the callback.  

Note: Callbacks initiate with a hangup event. For example, if a callback is scheduled for 14:30, the callback will only initiate once the agent ends another call after 14:30.
