Step 1: Go to the TMS URL: 

Step 2: Choose the correct account

Step 4: Click on the Extension Manager menu item.

Step 5: Click on the Call Recordings sub-menu item.

Step 6: Add the filter options and click on display.

Step 7: Play the recording by clicking the “Play” icon next to the recording 

Step 8: Download the recording by clicking on the cloud icon next to the recording

Note: When searching for a number, do not use the leading 0, as the standard for a CallerID is the full.

International number i.e. +27821233459 and NOT 0821233459.
