1. Go to the TMS URL:  https://tms.euphoria.co.za/ 

2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps) 

3. Click on the Extension Manager menu item.

4. Click on the Call Recordings sub-menu item.

5. Add the filter options and click on Display.

Note: When searching for a number, do not use the leading 0, as the standard for a Caller ID is the full.International number, i.e. +27821233459 and NOT 0821233459.

6. Play the recording by clicking the Play icon next to the recording.

 

7. Download the recording by clicking on the Cloud icon next to the recording.
