1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/ 
  2. Choose the correct account
  3. Click on the Extension Manager menu item.
  4. Click on the Call Recordings sub-menu item.
  5. Add the filter options and click on display.
  6. Play the recording by clicking the “Play” icon next to the recording 
  7. Download the recording by clicking on the cloud icon next to the recording

Note: When searching for a number, do not use the leading 0, as the standard for a CallerID is the full.

International number i.e. +27821233459 and NOT 0821233459.
