- Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
- Choose the correct account
- Click on the Extension Manager menu item.
- Click on the Extension sub-menu item.
- Select the correct extension.
- Click on the Options tab at the top.
- Under Call forwarding, set the extension with the following rules:
Tick the “find me/follow me” checkbox.
Tick the “Call Forwarding on Busy” checkbox.
Add the number you wish to forward the call to (the employees mobile number)
