Creating a callback for a company would allow a client to contact the company and then have the company call them back without the client having to first speak to an agent. 

1. Request support to create a feature code in the Matrix. 

2. Create an Inbound group if one has not been created: How to Set Up an Inbound Route.

3. Create an action group with the Action as the feature code and the action detail as the specific feature code that has been set up. 

4. Assign DIDs to the Inbound Route.  

5. Drag and drop available DIDs from the Available DIDs column to the Assigned DIDs column

6. Click Apply to save the changes.
