Step 1: Go to the TMS URL: 

Step 2: Choose the correct account

Step 3: Log into the Yealink RPS server, and add the device to be provisioned.

Step 4: Log in to the TMS, navigate to the Extension Manager menu Item. 

Step 5:  Click on the Extension sub-menu item.

Step 6:  Select the correct extension.

Step 7:Click on the Details tab at the top. Scroll down to the “Provision Settings”. Fill in the details of the Phone. 

7.1: To add in the Phone mac address, look on the back of the device.

7.2: Specify an IP to use static IP's. This must coincide with the same subnet as stipulated in the config file. 

Step 8: Click ”Apply” to save the changes.

Step 9: Plug the phone in, and it will auto-provision.
