1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)
3. Ensure the correct template is created as per How to Create a Provisioning Template.
4. Click on the Extension Manager menu item.
5. Click on the Extensions sub-menu item.
6. Select the desired extension.
7. On the Details tab, scroll down to Provision Settings:
7.1. Fill in the MAC address. To find the phone’s MAC address, look on the back of the device,
on the device’s box or on the status page of the device’s web interface.
7.2. To use a static IP, fill in the desired IP address.
8. Click Apply to save the changes.
9. Plug the phone in, and it will auto-provision.
