1. Go to the TMS URL:  https://tms.euphoria.co.za/

2. Choose the desired account. (A user needs access to the menu Item in order to complete the below steps)  

3. Click on the PBX Manager menu item.

4. Click on the Inbound Routes sub-menu item.

5. Click on Create New Action Group. Add the name of the inbound route and a description and apply the changes.

6. Click on the down arrow next to the Actions tab.

7. Click on the Add Action button to create the route.

8. Add the Type, Description, Operator, Schedule, Action and Action Details to the route. 

9. Add a DID to the Route by going into DID Assignments.

10. Drag and drop available DIDs from the Available DIDs column to the Assigned DIDs column.

11. Click Apply to save the changes.
