Step 1: Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/
Step 2: Choose the correct account
Step 3: Click on the PBX Manager menu item.
Step 4: Click on the down arrow next to the "Actions" tab and then on the "Add action" button to create the route.
Step 5: Click on “Create New Action Group” - Add the name of the inbound route and a description and apply the changes.
Step 6: Click on the “add action” button to create the route.
Step 7: Add the Type, Description, Operator, Schedule, Action and Action details to the route.
Step 8: Add a DID to the Route.
Step 9: Click “Apply” to save the changes.
