1. Go to the TMS URL: https://tms.euphoria.co.za/ 
  2. Choose the correct account
  3. Click on the PBX Manager menu item.
  4. Click on the down arrow next to the "Actions" tab and then on the "Add action" button to create the route. 
  5. Click on  “Create New Action Group” - Add the name of the inbound route and a description and apply the changes.  
  6. Click on the “add action” button to create the route. 
  7. Add the Type, Description, Operator, Schedule, Action and Action details to the route. 
  8. Add a DID to the Route.
  9. Click “Apply” to save the changes.
