Step 1: Go to the TMS URL: 

Step 2: Choose the correct account

Step 3: Click on the TMS User menu item.

Step 4: Click on the Manager sub-menu item.

Note: When assigning roles, ALWAYS ensure the correct manager is chosen first. 

Step 5: Click on the arrow next to the Roles tab at the top toolbar. 

Step 6: Click on “ Assign Roles”.

Step 7: Choose the role type and landing page (The “Dashboard” page when a user logs into the TMS account.)

Step 8: Choose the extensions that should be added to the role.

Step 9: Click “Save Permissions”.
