Euphoria offers free remote support to all of our customers from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.


Our support agents are able to log into your Cloud PBX and troubleshoot for problems


If you have a Vibe router your phone's can also be accessed remotely to check for any faults.


We may require you to download Teamviewer to enable to access your phones remotely should you not have a Vibe router.


Remote Support Includes the following:


1. Troubleshooting of problem

2. Giving diagnosis

3. Resolving problem if related to Euphoria

4. Advising customer of solutions if the problem is not related to Euphoria
