Is there a way to get an export of Inbound call logs that include the call details, e.g. if the call was transferred, which huntlist it went to etc etc.
You can get this information by navigating on the TMS to Analytics>Inbound Analytics>Click on "Open Call Logs".
This page will show the call details, which DID was dialed, what IVR/Huntlist/Queue it went to, how long it took for the agent to answer, when it was transferred again and to which agent etc.
You can export this page as well by clicking on Export.
