Are we able to add custom fields to an extension (for example a users employee ID), and then reference this field back into an API calls for custom reporting?

Hi Jay,
Currently we don't have any custom fields for extensions. You can however, use the Full name field in a format such as "Name - Employee number", as the Name field also pulls through on most API calls that are related to extensions.
