Hi,
We currently don't have a direct integration with Bitrix24 but it is something that we might look at in the future.
You can use our Integration Centre on the TMS to create and trigger webhooks that are based on the call that your agent is on. This can be used to send all sorts of information to your Bitrix24 account such as creating tasks etc.
Is there a way to integrate BITRIX24 to the seraphere system.
