I keep on getting "Authorization Failed". I created a new key through the website and use the company login for the <Name> and the new key for <Auth>. What am I doing wrong?

This is the xml code I send: 

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<XML>

  <Tenant>

     <Name>xxxxx</Name>

     <Auth>zzzzzzzzzzz</Auth>

 </Tenant>'

 <ActionName>DoNothing</ActionName>

</XML>

I tried it with these two urls:

URL := 'https://api.euphoria.co.za/Euphoria.Api.aspx';

URL := 'https://api.euphoria.co.za/files/1010107057/api/Euphoria.Api.aspx';  

Result:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<XML>

  <Status>Failed</Status>

 <Error>Authorization Failed</Error>

 </XML>   

I found the answer. <Name> is the account name and not the log in.

I didn't post the actual key created and this is on behalf of a client that we are implementing some integration to retrieve the calls. 

We have a client login that was created for us. 

I would rather not post their email and keys here, since this is publicly accessible. 

Would someone still be able to assist us this week?
