Please assist with information how we can go about with Zoho CRM and Desk Integration.

4 Ext and Texting to clients via Zoho system.

Thank you very much for the suggestion.

We are in the process of doing this type of integration. We started off with Freshdesk which is going very well at this stage. Zoho is definitely in our pipeline which we will hopefully start working on in the near future.

Hi there,

The Euphoria TMS is great, but it would be really awesome if Euphoria applied here: Zoho PhoneBridge - Partnership program for PBX and call centre solution providers. to get this powerful complete integration going for all of us existing customers, as well as future customers - I think this will be very valuable for Euphoria as the popularity of Zoho CRM grows within SA... Please could implement this for us?
