Good day. I would like to have my Euphoria account integrated with XPlan CRM which is part of IRESS.
Contacts should be exported from CRM to Euphoria automatically.
Calls should be made from Xplan CRM and call recordings should be tagged and stored on Xplan CRM or another server but clearly tagged with client name ,date and time.
