I was able to integrate to a point where our CRM can initiate and hang up a call
In terms of using the HangUpChannel API , is there a way that I can pass the Status and outcome of the call in as well , so that we can still use the reporting on Euphoria ?
Currently, hangup doesn't accept any other parameters. This would be something we would have to discuss with senior management and add to our project plan.
We could also look at our webhooks as a possible solution.
