Please build the following features into TMS/browser phone. We have been testing the browser phone and found that these features are not available. It is hard for our operators to use this system without the requested features. Integrate the following to the keyboard. I'd like this function to trigger from any tab in chrome (Don't have to be on TMS tab to pick up the call) Key F1 F2 F3 F4 Function ANSWER CONFERENCE TRANSFER END

This has been added to future feature requests and will be discussed among the team, and we will keep a look out for other requests of a similar nature.

Should we decide to implement this, then it will be added to the development road map, and we will inform all customers of the change.
