Set CRM Tag when initiating calls

 Hi,


Im trying to send my Ref when starting a call.


I asked John Schooling and he said the way to do this to add the CrmTag on the xml when starting the call.


I did that, but when i check the recordings via the API all the crm tags are still blank.


I added: <CrmTag>4</CrmTag>


to <ActionName>Originate</ActionName>


Please can you assist me

The reason why it's not pulling through is because you are using the tag <CrmTag>, instead of <crmTag>. 

It is case sensitive, please can you try with crmTag and advise should there still be an issue.
