We are busy putting together a watered-down integration for Zoho CRM for a mutual client, as your APIs don't cater for asynchronous call/device state notification,
For now, all we need to do fetch external call records and link them up to appropriate records in the CRM. I assume we can use the GetOutboundCallingHistory and GetOutboundCallingHistory API requests?
Also, are there any limits in the use of these to API requests?
I believe we may have already responded, however if not, apologies and the above is correct, you could also use GetCallDetailRecords to get the call details
