What are Voice Recordings Used For?

The voice recordings are the media files that play at different points during your IVR/Menu or inbound route. They can also be used for queue announcements, Telephone surveys, and many other areas in the TMS. Any voice changes to the system require that recordings be redone and reloaded to ensure the information is accurate.
